TERMS AND CONDITIONS

the world's premier network of football schools for the youth; holds as core objective spreading Ronaldo's 'Phenomenal' playing style throughout the globe; and is headquartered in Brazil
a trade name of Entertainment Group (Asia) Limited (hereinafter "R9HK") which owns, manages, organizes, and promotes R9HK courses, sessions, and football coaching classes and activities
an individual who applies for R9HK courses, sessions, and football coaching classes and activities for another individual aged between 4 and 17 years old
an individual aged between 4 and 17 years old who has enrolled or has been enrolled to participate in or receive the R9HK courses, sessions, and football coaching classes and activities
the places in which R9HK courses, sessions, and football coaching classes and activities are held, hosted, conducted, or administered (i.e. Harbour Green, Hong Kong Academy, and so forth)
a single period or class of an R9HK course
a pre-designated, pre-scheduled, and structured aggregate of sessions or classes
registration for R9HK courses, sessions, and football coaching classes and activities
the monetary fee to be paid by Applicants or Students for the R9HK courses, sessions, and football coaching classes and activities
the entirety of the territory of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China

ENROLLMENT, PAYMENT, AND CANCELLATION

The Applicant warrants that he/she is authorized to enroll the Student for the Course.
-
By enrolling in a Course, the Applicant is enrolling the Student for the entire Course and all the Sessions.
-
Enrollment is subject to availability and is on a first-come, first-served basis.
-
Payment shall be made in full before the Course and the first Session commences.
-
Payment shall be made in full with no retention or set-off of any nature whatsoever.
-
Payment is non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-cancelable.
-
In the event the Black Storm and/or Typhoon No. 8 signal is hoisted during the period of three (3) hours preceding the scheduled commencement of the Session and the scheduled completion of a Session, the respective Session will be cancelled. Otherwise, cancellation due to bad weather is at the discretion of R9HK. Notices will be posted on the R9HK website (www.RonaldoAcademy.hk).

In the event of cancellation of any Session for any reason, R9HK will credit the cancelled Session towards any new Course enrolled and undertaken by the same Student.

No refund or credit will be given to a Student who misses a Session for any reason.
CONDUCT
-
The Ronaldo Academy Phenomenal jersey must be worn to each Session.
-
The Student is required to bring to each Session a football (size 3/4), football cleats, shin guards, and water.
-
The Student will meet at the Venue mentioned in the Course details. R9HK recommends the Parent/Applicant of the Student under the age of 8 (or other guardian) to remain at the Venue for the duration of the Session.

Session starts and finishes on time. Please arrive promptly. Once the Session is completed, the Applicant will be required to pick up the Student from the Venue.

R9HK reserves the right to expel the Student from a Session or the entire Course for behavior considered unacceptable to R9HK or the Venue.
IMAGE USE AUTHORIZATION

By enrolling with R9HK, the Applicant and the Student are agreeing to the use of the Student’s image and/or other representation in any and all materials to be used by R9HK in a gratuitous and free of charge basis including without limitation video images, photographs, sounds, and documents.

This authorization is granted on a gratuitous character, covering the use of the image and other representation mentioned above throughout the Territory and throughout the world for the promotion of the services provided by R9HK through, without limitation: (I) billboards; (II) mobile media; (III) leaflets in general (booklets, direct mails, catalogs, etc); (IV) presentation folders; (V) advertising in magazines and newspapers in general; (VI) home page; (VII) posters; (VIII) back-light; and (VIIII) electronic media (panels, videos, television, movie theatre, radio program, and others).
LIABILITY WAIVER

The Applicant and the Student agree to hold Entertainment Group (Asia) Limited, Ronaldo Academy Hong Kong, Ronaldo Academy Escola de Futebol S.A., West Island School, Hong Kong Academy, and all of their respective subsidiaries, associated companies and associated entities and all of their respective shareholders, directors, officers, employees, coaches, consultants, agents and representatives harmless against any claims, losses, demands, damages, actions, suits, proceedings and costs and/or expenses of any nature whatsoever suffered by the Applicant and/or Student and resulting from and/or connected and/or associated with in any manner with enrollment and/or participation and/or attendance of Applicant and/or Student in the Ronaldo Academy Hong Kong courses, sessions and football coaching classes and activities.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Chinese language version of Terms and Conditions is for reference only. In case of disputes, controversies or differences which may arise out of and/or in connection with the interpretation of the Terms and Conditions, the English language version shall prevail.

In case of disputes, Entertainment Group (Asia) Limited reserves the right for final decision.
-
Entertainment Group (Asia) Limited reserves the right to change and/or amend the Terms and Conditions from time to time at its sole discretion.
WARRANTY
-
The Applicant and the Student warrant that they have read this set of Terms and Conditions comprehensively and in full in this R9HK website (www.RonaldoAcademy.hk) and agree to comply with and abide by all of the terms and conditions set out herein.

所有經註冊參加R9HK課程、足球訓練班和活動的5-17歲兒童
所有R9HK課程、足球訓練班和活動的舉行地點（即西島中學、香港學堂等）
組成R9HK課程的獨立課堂
預先指定、設計和編排的課堂
報讀R9HK課程，足球訓練班和活動
申請人或學生為報讀R9HK課程、足球訓練班和活動支付的金錢費用
即中華人民共和國香港特別行政區的全部領土

申請人特此保證並確認本人有權為學生註冊參加課程。

一經註冊，即代表參加者同意讓學生參加整個課程。

課程名額有限，先到先得。

全期學費須在首次上堂前繳交。

學費須全額支付，不得作任何性質的保留或抵銷。
-
已繳學費不作退還或轉讓。
-
如天文台在課堂開始前3小時發出黑色暴雨警告和/或8號或以上颱風訊號，課堂將會取消。如遇上其他惡劣天氣情況，R9HK保留課堂安排的最終決定權，相關通告會上載至R9HK網站(www.RonaldoAcademy.hk)。

因任何原因而取消之課堂，相關學費可於下期課程學費抵扣。
-
學生因任何原因缺席課堂將不獲退回學費。
行為準則
-
上堂時須穿著學院球衣。
-
學生須自備足球(3號或4號)，足球鞋，護脛和水。
-
學生須於上課地點集合，R9HK建議8歲以下學生的監護人留在上課地點直至課堂完結。
-
學生須準時到達上課地點，監護人須在課堂完結後接送學生離開。
-
學生如作出任何R9HK或場地負責人認為不可接受的行為，R9HK有權終止其參加課程的權利。

一經註冊，即代表參加者和學生同意無償讓R9HK使用含有其肖像的資料，包括但不限於視頻，圖片，聲音，文件等。

授權以無償性質授予，範圍包括允許R9HK在國內及國外使用上述圖像經(I)廣告版；(II)流動媒體； (III)一般小冊子（小冊子，直接電郵推廣，目錄等）；（IV）演示文件; （V）一般雜誌和報紙廣告；(VI)網頁; （VII）海報; （VIII）背光照; （VIIII）電子媒體（面板，視頻，電視，電影院，廣播宣傳等）作宣傳推廣之用。

申請人和/或學生同意不會對Entertainment Group (Asia) Limited、香港朗拿度足球學院、Ronaldo Academy Escola de Futebol S.A.、西島中學、香港學院以及其任何子公司、關聯公司、關聯實體的股東、董事、高級職員、員工、教練、、顧問、代理、代表等就申請和/或參與R9HK課程期間導致的任何損失或傷害，及因而產生的索賠、訴訟和/或額外開支追究責任。
解決爭議

條款及細則之中文翻譯本僅供參考。如中、英文兩個版本有任何爭議，抵觸或不相符之處，應以英文版本為準。

如有任何爭議，Entertainment Group (Asia) Limited保留最終決定權。

Entertainment Group (Asia) Limited保留不時更改和/或修訂條款及細則之權利。

Due to the current circumstances where children have very limited opportunities for activities and the demand on parents’ time and energy is dramatically greater, a top-quality private football lesson is an ideal opportunity for you and your child.
Engage your child in a physical, fun, and engaging activity for one hour and from one to three times per week. The lessons are in compliance with the current government social distancing policies as they feature a one-to-one lesson, a distance of more than 1.5 meters is maintained at all times, and masks are worn throughout the lesson. Importantly, the benefits of private lessons are not limited to the single hour of coaching but extend for many days as it reduces boredom and restlessness, manages energy levels, encourages a good night’s sleep, and enhances mood. In addition, the homework provided will further engage the child for a number of additional hours following each lesson.
